Paid Vacation Time

For all Full Time Associates, CLP Offers 1 Week of Paid Vacation annually for each of the first 2 years of employment. This time starts accumulating after your 90-day probationary period. The longer you stay with CLP, your Paid Vacation time will also grow. At 3 years, you will begin accumulating 2 Paid Weeks Annually, at 5 years, you will begin accumulating 3 Paid Weeks, and at 7 years, 4 Paid Weeks. We love to reward great associates who continue to grow with us, and this is just one way we can do that.

6 Paid Holidays

These Paid Holidays are paid starting after your initial 90-Day probationary period, and for all Full-Time Associates and the days include:
–      New Year Day
–      Memorial Day
–      Independence Day (4th of July)
–      Labor Day
–      Thanksgiving Day
–      Christmas Day

Investment/Retirement Plan with 3% Company Match

After your 90-Day probationary period, you will have the option to start an Investment account in which you can contribute whatever amount you would like, and CLP is happy to match your contribution up to 3% of your annual salary.

United Health, Vision, Dental, Insurance

Based on your position with CLP, you will qualify for Tier 1 or Tier 2 Medical Benefits. This will be determined by your position with CLP. There is also benefits available for your family at your own cost if you choose to add them to your plan.

AFLAC Supplemental Insurance Options

Through Aflac, CLP has the option to offer you supplemental insurance plans that will include but not be limited to Short and Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, and so much more.

CLP Uniforms and Swag

Your employment with CLP will include a limited number of Uniform Shirts. The type and style of these shirts will vary based on our position with CLP. Additional shirts will be available should you want to purchase more. We frequently give out other CLP Swag including Hats, Backpacks, Hoodies, Pens, Lunchboxes, Notebooks, etc. This is just something extra that’s fun, to say thank you for all you do every day to make CLP great!

Potential Profit-Sharing Quarterly Bonuses

CLP has a Quarterly Profit-Sharing Bonus Program, that you may be able to participate in. Bonus amounts will vary based on your position and responsibility level on each completed job, as well as the profitability of each job. This is just one more way we can say Thank You for your contribution in making our projects finish strong!

Potential Company Paid Vehicle or Vehicle Allowance

You may be offered a Vehicle or Vehicle Allowance from CLP, based on the position you are hired for. This will be based not only on your role, but on your driving record and abilities to be on our Commercial Insurance.

Cell Phone Reimbursement

For those who frequently use their personal phone to conduct CLP business, we offer a $50 monthly contribution toward your cell phone bill. This will be added as a prorated amount in each weekly check.

T-Mobile Discount Offers

For those who already have T-Mobile as their Phone Carrier, or those who would like to switch, CLP is able to help you get a discount on your monthly phone bill through partnership with us.
