Job Description of Electrical Project Manager
Creative Lighting & Power is a Central Florida-based Commercial Electrical Contracting Company, currently seeking a Full-Time Project Manager to manage and oversee multiple job sites. This will include material management, scheduling, and making sure work is done to CLP standards. The job duties of this position also include weekly site visits to offer support to our crews and may involve a varied work schedule. Communicating with our crews, vendors, builders and clients, and our company upper management is an important part of this position, as CLP Project Managers are the eyes and ears of the company out in the field. Project Managers will make sure jobs are being done on schedule and on budget. The Project Manager will demonstrate CLP core values, and demonstrate great leadership skills both technically and inter-personally as he leads his team. Communication skills are also of high importance, as most of this job will be communicating well with others.

- Plan and organize projects.
- Negotiate & resolve issues related to change orders, requests for information, contract scope of work in a timely manner.
- Attend/participate in project meetings and conference calls.
- Provide coaching and counseling to field supervision daily to ensure each project's success.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of related project management experience with an electrical contractor.
- Ability to multitask in a high volume, fast-paced work environment
- Four years Electrical experience.
- Ability to manage/run multiple projects as required.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional computer skills.
- Must be located in our around Lakeland, FL.
Compensation
- Compensation will be dependent on experience and work history but will be in the range between $50,000 to $70,000.
