John Loughran

John joined CLP in 2022 as an Electrical Estimator and Project Manager, but as the administrative needs of CLP have changed with growth, John’s role now exclusively focuses on Change Order Estimating. John decided to move from his original career path of Nuclear Mechanics for Submarines, and with the training and confidence he had acquired, he moved in the direction of Electrical Estimating. He daily helps support the CLP team in many diverse and ever-evolving situations. Aside from being flexible in his responsibilities, he brings a unique perspective to the table. With his persistent questioning attitude, he always looks at things differently than most. In innovating, he has implemented changes that have reduced countless hours from the CLP change order process.
